From what i gather Triple Play 99 was made for windows 95, hence its a 16 bit game. Windows XP is essentially a 32 bit operating system, and sometimes it has problems running these older games. I would start by going to the

Start Menu-----All Programs----Accessories----Program Compactibility Wizard.

select the option "I want to use the program in the CD-ROM drive", then select windows 95. Leave the options on the next screen unchecked for now, and go thr and finish the rest of the process. If that doesnt work, go back and try checking those boxes.

BTW wowexec is a process thats supposed to let you use 16 bit programs on xp.
Doesnt work, still gives me the same error
Can't you just change the compatibility by just right clicking on the Icon and clicking on the Compatibility tab? If not then read the link that Keeper posted, a lot of good info.
