Sim City 2000....help..

Ok...wtf....anyways i was bored so decided to play it again. Anyways.....i put a damn power plant, & put the wires over like parts that i want to build houses & stuff. & nothing is growing, why wont anything grow? what the hell am i doing wrong?

give them water?

make sure the power lines are connected 100%. Make sure the powerlines touch at least one block.

I think there is a tutorial.

Did you put enough roads around the areas you want to grow?
