ENFIELD, Conn. – The state has suspended the license of an Enfield dentist after the death of a patient who was having 20 teeth extracted.

The Journal Inquirer reports that Dr. Rashmi Patel faces a June 18 hearing before the Connecticut State Dental Commission.

The state alleges Patel's actions led to the death of patient Judith Gan.

I think there are better techniques Ms. Gan could've used that did not involve the removal of 20 teeth... amirite?

that fuckin dentist is an idiot.

i mean they will take out 4 wisdom teeth in one shot so multiples are fine. but 20? it just sounds excessive in one shot. and especially for a more frail older patient
