Self-service ladder site?

There's a fairly small game I play (https://smashmuck.com/), and I would like to get a ladder competition going in it.

With the number of games being requested for TWL and the game's small population, I think it's highly unlikely that I could get it added here.

But does anyone know of a site similar to TWL, with systems for registering players/teams and keeping track of ladder ranks/challenges, but where the players can create and admin their own ladders?

http://challonge.com/ is pretty close to what I want, except that it only supports bracket tournaments, and not ladders.

Should be fairly easy to write one yourself that's on par with what TWL provides, given that TWL is using website technology from, like, 1970.
