Yeah. It's pretty bad. "They" want equality but when someone expresses an opinion, it's wrong because it's not "their" opinion.

Fucking ridiculous, but no one should be surprised. The fuck in the ass faggots have won. Now bend over...

Tuned into that show for all of 5 seconds. Retards can make a lot of money in this country.

I'm not sure saying that a woman's vagina is more pleasant than a mans anus is something we need to worry about in this country. I think this illustrates how intolerant we are as a society towards each other. In the end, when you are gasping for your last breath of air, none of this shit is going to matter. Sad, pathetic society we have allowed to take hold.

Happy Christmas and Merry New Year all!

ROFL...Its funny how we are forced fed to like gays or lesbians but if you mention the bible you are a racist or bigot or whatever the left comes up with.

Hopefully the entire cast says "fuck you" to A&E and another network picks them up.

...are you serious? Really man?

Sidenote: The whole A&E thing will end up being a publicity stunt.

I think he means that your freedom of speech doesn't mean cable networks have to keep you on their tv shows. That's their freedom of having whoever they want on their network tv shows. One really has nothing to do with the other.
I'm willing to bet at least one of those guys has taken a load to the beard.
I think most Americans see the allure of a man's freshly groomed anus.

I do not see a freedom of speech issue. Freedom of speech has no place in the workplace and is not constitutionally protected there.

Except Freedom of religion is. Or is it just Christians who can't express their religion?

I havent read anything about it and the less i know about duck dynasty the better. However i do not believe this was a freedom of religion situation either. He wasn't suspended for being christian, he was suspended for not representing his employer as prescribed in what i assume his contract covered.

What if i am an actor and during the filming of a movie i deside not to say the lines in the script and instead choose to quote verse, should the people paying me to act have a right to can me?

You might find this useful, it is guidlines for federal employees. You will notice rights to express yourself religiously stop when you are in public and on the federal work clock.

Out of curiousity, what if he was openly defending guys his age marrying and having sexual relations with 14 year old girls, because in the bible it's ok. Would you still have a problem with a&e suspending him?

I'm pretty sure there is no contractual obligations that would prevent a person from expressing their religion. Sorry, but if he was fired for being gay or black then I'm sure the idiots on the left would be rioting.

You seem not be able to separate freedom of speech and religion from retarded scenarios you create to deflect what is a suppression of his religion from A&E.

I don't complain but you clearly don't grasp the topic since A&E was his employer. But tell me how it's the same as TWL

You do realize that freedom of speech relates to protection from government persecution, right? Not employer, service, etc.

And you realize that Freedom of Religion is also covered under freedom of speech right? Or are you so entrenched in retard liberal land that they actually spread the propaganda that they are not?

Still waiting for you to explain how banning on TWL is the same as employement law? Let me know when you figure that one out will ya?

And what does that have to do with this case? Did Obama fire/jail Phil? Is A&E the government?

Dude, seriously.

Dude, seriously.
You seriously know little about the law. Not surprised as ignorant as you are.

The question is will Phil take them to court over this. If he was black, well you know the answer to that one kiddo.

And once again...

TWL is not the government, which means that the user doesn't have freedom of speech on a privately owned website. Same thing to the A&E/DD case. A&E is not the government, Phil doesn't have the right to freedom of speech from them.

Unless you'd like Obama to step in and put his fingers into the private sector some more, to prove your point and make that a reality

Also, feel free to point out how exactly I'm wrong, kiddo And you call me ignorant...

Like I said two other times, you clearly don't understand this conversation. You cannot prevent an employee from expressing their religion. Just as gays and blacks sue when their contracts are terminated because of their lifestyle choices. It's basic employment law. Now again, the real question is will Phil Robertson sue A&E? He is probably better than that and won't.

Its actually sad you don't grasp simple concepts about our freedoms. Just like Obama

Help me out, was his "religious" tyrade during the "reality" show while he was in character or during a private conversation when he was himself and not the trademarked personna owned by A&E?

Makes a big difference. If he takes A&E to court, that is his right.
So quoting the bible is a tyrade? Intersting choice of word. Does every black rap now and every Muslim scream jihad?

I just searched quick, I see he was interviewed by GQ, he may have had his rights infringed. I am not sure to be honest because the contracts public personalities sign i am sure are very complicated. This one is way above my pay grade
If I worked at Taco Bell and I went on a daily tirade on how the goddamned wetbacks are ruining the country with their shitty tacos and burritos... I am protected by the law to express my opinion.

I would fully expect Taco Bell to fire me, too.. which is well within their rights.

except Phil didn't say anything at work. He was quoted in a publication.

I didnt chose that word, it is the word on the headline i read when i boot my phone. Sprint news ir something. I just now skimmed the article though. As i said before, i didnt know the details. Not sure this qualifies as workplace issue. Hard to say because these guys to get these shows have to sign all kinds of disclosures i am sure.

^this.
Dude was interviewed by a 3rd party and he expressed his views/opinions on a subject that was then made public.

A&E was frightened by the less than 1% of the American population that is gay. They canned this guy for his remarks he made to a 3rd party for fear of what the Obamanable snowDarkie and his IRS agents would do to them if they strayed from their cultural Marxist beliefs.

The fags rejoice. The progressives rejoice. The Jews rejoice.

This is Cultural Marxism at its finest.

That being said. A&E made a decision based off of what the financial firms that own A&E decided, based off of viewer ship rating for the new quarter from speculations. However, these speculations are made from the current CIC and his progressive, cultural Marxist faggots who are denigrating everything this country once stood for, in an attempt to destroy us as fast as they can.

While the progressives are frantically pushing the Cloward–Piven strategy, its not happening soon enough. And as Marx himself knew, the best way to break any nation is to attack the majority’s culture.

The interesting this about this theory from Marx is that in order for the fags to do this, they are going against the rest of the 99% of the entire human population.

As many of you know, i care not what you do, who you do or what you do as long as it does not infringe on my rights to life, liberty and property. But for the Marxists to FORCE faggotism onto the rest of society, i take that as a threat.

Homosexuality IS NOT NORMAL.

if it was, we humans, as a species, would cease to exist.

this has nothing to do with free speech but political correctness.

that's what the debate should be about.

The right is more virtuous than the left. They have twice as many virtues because they have double the standards.
