The Mail, Contacts, Calender thing has a button now that says Fetch New Data.
It was ON.
I think if it's on, it'll still "ding" when it updates the mail server thing, even though you have the fucking Notifications turned off.

But he said he cameback as an item, not to create the item. Also did he come back as one phone or all the S3s? Theres too many layers to this "joke".

He came back as the prototype that they build the S3 on. Have fun with your iPhone. It suits you all.

can you provide a date on when that graph is used from? that just might be relevant.
looking at recent data, your chart is probably pretty old

Your data is probably showing unique users. Mine is showing actual usage. Mine isn't counting grandma who logged onto AARP once last month from her free android device.
Bottom line is iPhone users actually use their shit. It is more profitable to work with apple. It is easier to use their stuff. They have far superior customer support and product quality.

To compile its results, Net Applications collects data from the browsers of visitors -- in this case, the mobile traffic -- to its network of more than 40,000 Web sites -- so it's not measuring overall market share. Only the number of unique visitors are counted, and only one unique visit per site per day. In total, around 160 million unique visits per month are tallied in the results.

You clearly do not understand the underlying technology and neither does the author of this article. There is no denying Safari's use as significant, but to surmise all that you have off this pie chart is hilarious.
Also, you should read your own articles....

edit: for clarification

Also, I'm not trying to be condescending to burn, but it's articles like that which really throw a level of ignorance out there. It really would require an explanation of how the development environment has evolved over the past 6 years in both the android and iOS platforms to have an understanding as to why these numbers will never be accurate.
The real bottom line is that both platforms offer great experiences. iOS allows you to live in a box, which is great if you enjoy that box. Android users live outside of a box, which is at times more treacherous.
edit: perhaps I should be drinking less... edited for more clarifications - sorry fellas

i'd strongly consider switching to them if they had more apps. even with my investment in android.

So your stats were before the SG3 release.

The iPhone 5 is waaaay better than the SG3. I have it on good authority. (Unless it is only better than the one he was gonna get. Hard to tell with the way he worded it)

That implies he had one to begin with. It's actually just a symptom of reading comprehension failure.
Originally posted by: (SF) DirtyRatFinkIt's better built. Feels like the materials are superior. The display is much crisper on the iPhone. The cameras were the same in quality on the S3 and iPhone. Speakers are similar. I like the smaller size of the iPhone. The iPhone seems snappier than the S3. I like the apple maps. Music is great on the iphone5 as its always been. I like the newer browser now. It opens the same thing on all my devices.
Please, tell us WHY it is better, instead of just repeating yourself. Is it better because it is better, or is it better because you like it more?
