It's ok. I'll give apple some room to develop it a bit. Let's not forget google has been doing them for 10 years to get it together. Heard google has already put in for cert their native app.

google is creating a new app for iOS6, as long as apple approves it in teh App STore, you will get it. in the meantime just put a shortcut to the web version of Google Maps and use that.

Improving and providing something functional are completely different. Google has been improving the experience for 10 yeras. Apple's maps fail miserably. This is beta (at best) shoved onto the consumer and developers.

It seems like most issues are outside the US, and if you take public transportation. But I call them people peasants, unsophisticated without a car I say!

I'm down in Huntsville Alabama today, dropping my kid off at SCIVIS. Space Camp for the Blind thing...

Anyway, I'm talking to some blind teens... and the verdict on IOS6 is that it sucks. Something about the zoom feature bring laggy and moving the screen to the wrong place or something.

Although, they were happy that the iPad has Siri now.
