What was the issue?

My guess is that the reply and thread functions use a static time... post time + 30 sec = next allowed reply/thread.

So anyone who made a thread in the time between server switch to time fix wasn't allowed to post until the next day (since their time would've still been a day ahead), same thing for those who made a reply. Those who didn't post weren't affected.

Just a theory.

Yup that was the core issue. I truncated the spam filter and that resolved the issue

Thats what I figured when I saw Blue Doctor posting from one day in the future.
