Helpa brother out!

So... One of my high school classmates filmed a pilot for Travel Channel for a show called Toy Hunters.

They aired the pilot on Sunday night last weekend and this past Sunday, and they are watching their Facebook page to see gauge whether to pick the show up as a series.

I used to hang out with the guy in high school, guy used to love going to Star Trek conventions and shit like that back then... now, the guy is a Collectible toy trader/person.. whatever the hell he is

Saw him and his wife @ Comic Con this past year.

Anyway... it'd be neat helping the guy get a show on TV.
It'd be cool if you went to the Travel Channel page, liked it, and left a comment about the show, the guy might actually get picked up as a series.

Even if this show does sound like the generalized plot of a movie that I have seen before.

It's entertaining... just because in 20 years, Jordan hasn't changed much. Still a talker, still a kid at heart... but now he makes a living out of it.

Pretty cool.

As I said, it's like American Pickers, but with toys, not antiques.

Basically if your page is locked down, no... they won't see anything that the average non-friended user can see.

Did anyone catch Diner's Drive In's and Dive's Monday night? They were at The Early Bird Diner, it's about a half mile down the road where I live. A couple of my friends were on there, pretty neat.

It's a pretty fun show.......I've watched it several times now.

He seems like a good guy who is happy with what he does for a living. That is something we should all encourage.

He was a little weird in high school... who wasn't.
We hung out with the same group of people... and the group was a little weird. My buddy in the 173rd Airborne is a mutual friend as well as this one guy who is a Dr. of radiology in Portland now.

Good bunch of people... nice to see Jordon doing well with his shit... He was a BIG Trekkie back in the day... fucking weird.... but now he's cashing in on it.

He seems a bit odd in the show........as is anyone who is so unnaturally infatuated with children toys. But I guess it is better to be odd and happy than normal and miserable every single day of your life.

Kuddos to him and all of you guys. A rather successful group you all became.
