See, I wasn't sure (as those nations that only have a three-colors-in-stripes flag sort of piss me off, unlike those wonderful Libyan flag designers) but I tried to find out and Romania looked really close. What country is it?

Romania:

No idea. I thought of Romania first as well but it seems like it's the Romanian flag but sideways. Maybe that's just how they put it on the uniform - I don't know.

Looking at this website: http://www.photius.com/flags/horizontal_yellow_blue_red_stripes.html it looks like nothing matches horizontal yellow/blue/red. (It also seems like Chad has basically the same flag as Romania http://www.photius.com/flags/vertical_blue_yellow_red_stripes.html )
