how do you challenge a team for css?

that is a most excellent question. I applaud you for your desire to expand your knowledge. Also, I want to take this opportunity to thank you profoundly for selecting TWL as your interweb gaming emporium.

I greet you with open arms, and an affectionate, non-gay, masculine embrace.

A "hetero-hug" if you will....

Go to your team page and look for the admin panel button next the the ladders your team is competing on. Click the admin button next to the ladder to go to the match comm/admin panel for that ladder, there will be a challenge selection in there.

Also, if you are in a 5v5 league, you'll actually need five players on your roster to challenge another team. I looked at your profile and it would appear you are short of that.
