Actually he did not hang with a bad crowd and was a victim of a home robbery/shooting. At the time of his death he was with his girlfriend and child.
He was a great player and and even better Redskin, Taylor will truly be missed
Actually, he was the "BAD CROWD". Read a little more about this story and you will see that he was targeted for some reason. here is a little history for you.

Taylor Faces Charges of Assault
Redskins Safety Is Released After Posting Bond

Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor posted bond and was released from police custody at 11:32 Saturday night after surrendering to authorities and being charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, a felony, and one count of simple battery, a misdemeanor, according to police and detention center reports.
He also was fined by the NFL for spitting on another player either last year or the year before. The guy was not an angel. I am certainly not saying he deserved to die but this was no random shooting, he pissed someone off IMO.

Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor was fined $17,000 by the NFL yesterday for spitting on Tampa Bay running Michael Pittman during Saturday's playoff game, league sources said. Taylor will not be suspended for the team's NFC semifinal game in Seattle on Saturday.
Whats amusing about this incident is who he spit on. Pittman was arrested for hitting his wife if I am not mistaken.
I actually know about ALL that which happened when?? Of course none of the above means he is with a bad crowd, none of the above means he was a bad person and none of the above means he deserves to die. Amazing thing is how someone can take another persons death and try to turn it into a debate about that persons character especially over simplistic crap that happened years ago, wow.
Also, since you seem to want to post half the story to try and prove a point, what happened when Taylor went to court for that arrest??????
"The charges stem back to a confrontation that happened last June, as he had a few all terrain vehicles stolen from him. Once he had found the individuals that lifted the property from him, there was a fight to which Taylor allegedly shoved and struck one of the thieves. It was also stated that Taylor brandished a firearm, yet this was excluded from the proceedings, as a result of the No Contest plea. Taylor denied having a gun, and this is irrelevant to the case."
"With a plea of No Contest, Washington Redskins Safety Sean Taylor manages to avoid seeing the slammer on two felony, and two misdemeanor charges involving assault."
