people telling me to download twl to my server

i just bought a server and i put pam on it, but when ever i put in /rcon pam_mode twl_rifles and people are telling me to download twl to the server where do i find the download and once i get it how do i put it in the server?

at this point i think you should put your computer back in the box and return it to the store you got it from. tell them you are too dumb to own a computer.

IIRC it was LowLife who was a total douche bag to the last guy who posted here asking for a simple answer. Its a trend, my guess it has underlying reasons in his personal life or past.
