If your talking about tribes 2, you need to right-click and select "make primary tribe"

if your talking about TWL, your tag dosnt show up before your name, unless you created your account with that name

if your talking about your tag being a signature (at the ends of posts), make sure either auto-sign is on (prefrences), or you check "Show Signature" on every post.

But anyways, Im talking about Army Operations, My friend said that when you make a team your tage will come up like this EX. my tag is (¤TruSnipe¤) and it is suppose to look like this in the game. (¤TruSnipe¤)ImTruSniper. and i just wanted to know why it didnt look like that. and VANG im new at this my friend just showed me this site. OK!!

To get a tag, yes you must register a new account and put it in your name infront. however i strongly reccomend you do not as many people find themselves leaving that team or joining another team part time on a diffrent ladder and they're stuck with the tag.
