edit: not to mention the "moral issues" of stem cell research. My father has serious Diabetes so I am very partial with this topic.

i missed the debate because of a high school football game, but listening to NPR on my way to work tonight, they said Bush won tonight. they said it probably wouldn't change any poll numbers, but they said he did win.


but, again, i heard this from NPR and haven't had a chance to see the debate firsthand.

I missed it too. Apparently i didnt 'miss' anything.

yeah becuase as we all know, debates held less than a month before an election are going to have a huge impact on the hundreds of thousands of voters who have already made up their minds.

actually, they are. Not everyone toes a party line. Its one of the only times you can listen to them speak for themselves without a handler prepping them for the pre-written questions. Not to mention, you get a good idea of how they speak when they are representing our nation around the world.
