FINAL FANTSY XI...CLAN WARS?

Ah, yes. The game that SHOULD HAVE ALREADY CAME OUT FOR PS2.
Eh, it won't matter too much. Anyway, I was wondering if it was possible to maybe organize clans on FF XI and organize battles at set locations. It would work with the prize-a-week system...and they could plan out scernarios with the 18 vs 18 function (18 to a team, right?). Anyway, they could broadcast events and major battles over a set forum and categorize them with event names. We could do the same thing with everquest.

While I am on the subject, does FFXI come out January or March?

Does anybody know of any possible guilds in FFxI?

you join severs in ffxi. you have to create/delete/create your character each time you want to change 'server' - unless you create a 'guild' or 'clan' (not sure of the jargon they use)
I think for the Northern Americans the game is coming out in May or April.

I was a FF fan but I have lost the faith the new online game has stucken me with deep distaste. Not only do they make you buy a hard-drive which they don't even make anymore(any hard-drive works) but that make you pay mounthy....now many people can stand that but not I. Also there new expnsion, If you, lets say, skip a month of paying for it thay make you buy the game again and won't allow you to just renew your account...squaresoft you will be missed. Square-enix....the new starbucks for the ps2?
