First, except for the top of the ladder, it seems that players aren't checking in to see if they have been challenged. So it takes two days to move up, unfortunately by forfiet, to get closer to a place where people actually care enough to accept and have some real fun.
Second, especially since the forfiets seem so prevailant at the bottom of the ladders, the ladder mods need to check in at least once a day and kill/forfiet the unanswered challenges. If someone has to wait two days for a match that never happens, it would be nice to get on with crawling up the ladder again to a place where someone might actually give them a game.
As a mod at TAA, I know that the game boards have to take a back-seat to real life, and I appreciate more than most the work you all put in.
I joined TWL to have a little fun on the side, and am just getting frustrated waiting three or four days to get the opportunity to challenge someone else who ignores my challenge.
Summing up...if you are in a ladder, check in and fight! If you are a mod, check in and update!
