Attention all clans participating in the Tribes: Aerial Assault Capture the Flag 8v8 TeamWarFare Ladder.
We have received an excellent showing of clans so far. As of this post we have 21 clans signed up for the ladder, which is fantastic.
However we are still lacking in some key elements to actually begin the ladder.
First, please be aware as stated in the rules for this ladder that the minimum roster requirement is 6 for a match. Therefore you must have six members of your clan at a minimum signed up on TeamWarfare.com. I realize that some of you may be having difficulty signing up or joining your clan.
* Do not be discouraged if your name is taken. There are many THOUSANDS of other players that use TeamWarfare. Simply alter your name slightly. I.e. if your name is matchstick and matchstick is already taken, sign up as TAA matchstick. Voila, problem solved.
* To join your clan simply click on the clan's link off of the ladder page (http://www.teamwarfare.com/viewladder.asp?ladder=Tribes+Aerial+Assault+CTF+8v8). If you are logged in you should see a button that says, "Join" under the player listing. Click this button and enter the appropriate password that was determined by the clan founder. Your clan leader should have already provided you with this password. If you do not have it, you must contact the team founder to obtain it. TeamWarfare does not and will not give this information to you on their behalf. (NOTE: You must be signed into TeamWarfare.com to join your clan or a player ladder. A key indicator is if the menu on the far left says "my twl" instead of your player name. If it *does* say "my twl" select the login function before proceeding to join.)
The following clans have not met the minimum roster requirements:
Incorporated
Pretty Good Players
~Glory or Death~
~NoN|ExistancE~
The Elite
Top of the Line
A Most Ungrateful Death
Seek & Destroy
All Terrain Killers
---------------
Also of importance is each clan designating a "Scheduler". A mass e-mail has already been sent to the majority of the clan founders and captains on the ladder. A few of the most recent clans to sign up were not on this mass e-mail and may not be aware of this process. Please e-mail myself (matchstick@teamwarfare.com) or TySoft (tysoft@teamwarfare.com) with your match scheduler. PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR SCHEDULER IN THIS THREAD. IT IS IMPORTANT TO E-MAIL MYSELF OR TY AND PROVIDE US WITH THE SCHEDULERS E-MAIL ADDRESS. Over the next week I will be sending e-mails out to follow up with clan leaders and captains, however I will not hound you forever.
The following clans either haven't designated a scheduler or the scheduler hasn't signed in to the scheduling forum:
TotalMadOwnage
Extreme Resurrection
HeadHunters
Beers & Shots
]M[ERCS
Omega Alliance
Team Z
The Men of Complete Honor
Soldiers of Destruction
=DEMON=
Incorporated
Pretty Good Players
~Glory or Death~
~NoN|ExistancE~
Top of the Line
A Most Ungrateful Death
All Terrain Killers
Seek & Destroy
---------------
Please continue to work with us to get these issues resolved so we may begin the ladder. I haven't designated a "deadline" to comply with the roster and scheduler issues yet, but I will. All clans that are not in compliance at that point will be dropped from the ladder, free to rejoin when the issues are rectified.
Thank you.
