Like we did for the cap/grab thing (which we settled on by going the cap + grab route btw), going to post up the entire rule set for everyone to analyze and see what is wrong with them.

Please consider these rules an unfinished draft.

Take a look at them, please discuss any problems here

Thanks again!

you might want to get rid of

It is recommended players use some sort of voice communications (either by phone, or by computer with an application such as TeamSound or Ventrilo) to coordinate substitutions (either voluntary or replacement players in the event a player disconnects).

It just doesnt happen in T:AA.

You might want to talk to matchstick about getting some ladder stats going if he is able to
i dont know if you can do this but it would be pretty cool to be able to use the irc bot

He offered to let us use his log parser for rules. We are planning on doing it. Matchstick rocks.

The process of parsing stats is undergoing some serious upgrades currently. I'm envisioning it will be available by the end of June at the lastest. Instead of the simple stats that are reported by AADS, I will be tracking and maintaining statistics on all things that occur within a match. Teamwarfare ladder statistics will be included.
you make me feel like a jr. high school girl again
Is there a rule about subbing?

Will the most recent ruling by Mayhem be used? (I know he has little jurisdiction here, but he's a guy everyone respects, and it's pretty fair)

Essentially (for anyone that doesn't know, and doesn't want to look for it) that either team can determine whether or not they allow each other to have subs, if they don't like it, they don't have to play. Although in this setting, it seems as though matches are less agreed upon, and more something you must do to keep your spot.

Or does TWL have a policy on subbing already?

All players that participate in a TeamWarfare Ladder match must be a member of teamwarfare.com as well as on the roster of the team that they are playing for.

There is no capacity for "subbing" in the manner that was used for TribesAA.com Guild Standard matches.
