1v1 Dogfight Tickets

A server is supposed to have 7 Tix for 1v1 Dogfight? Because I can't seem to get it.
vars.gameModeCounter 2 gives me 5 tickets

vars.gameModeCounter 3 gives me 8 tickets

How do you give it 7 tickets?

No you just count kills. Dont have to change the count on the server.

-How You Win:
2 rounds to 7 kills per map will be played.
Example:
Round 1 Map 1
First team to 7 kills wins that round.
Switch Sides and first team to 7 kills wins that round.
Move to the next map and repeat the 2 rounds.
If a tie, continue to the third map and play 2 more rounds.
