8v8 League Match Date Clarification — TWL Forum Archive

On the rules for the BF3 8v8 league, it says the matches will be on Wednesday. If you look at the actual dates, they are all on Thursday.

"Matches will be held Wednesday nights, default time 9:30pm EST

Pre-Season:

Dec 8: Operation Metro
Dec. 15: Operation Firestorm
Jan. 5: TBD - Oman is likely

Season:

Jan. 12: Damavand Peak
Jan. 19: Siene Crossing
Jan. 26: Noshahr Canals
Feb. 2: Kharg Island
Feb. 9: Strike At Karkand
Feb. 16: Sharqi Peninsula
Feb. 23: Operation Firestorm
Mar. 1: Grand Bazaar

Playoffs: TOP 8 Teams
Mar. 8: TBD
Mar. 15: TBD
Mar. 22: TBD"

Originally the 8v8 league was going to be on Thursdays. It got moved to Weds so that the 4v4 SR could be on Thursdays.

8v8 league is thursday.

Glad I didn't schedule other matches in another league assuming that TWL would be on Thursday like the match comms said, oh wait...

Simple thing to ask for a reschedule, right? If that doesn't work you might be able have MC talk to the ladder admins and just have them kill the match since your match was scheduled based on misinformation on the part of the league staff.

Or you could whine in the forums

I setup the random match schedules for preseason week 1, so thats my bad.
