Question About Cash Prize

Does TWL host cash prize competitions if somebody puts up the money for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place?

Somebody has to put money up for it to be a cash prize.

Too many things to go wrong doing that, to be honest.

What kind of things could go wrong, example?

Bob donates the cash, loses the ladder, keeps the cash for one.

Bob gives cash to Sam to hold, Sam leaves with cash for a second.

We won't hold the money, too many liabilities.
