1v1 Armor Ladder - team responses needed

Hi All, we have had a request from one of the ladder members to add some of the other maps (namely the Tank Superiority maps - Armoured Kill DLC) to the 1v1 Tank ladder list of match maps.

So question time:
1) does everyone have the Armoured Kill DLC,
2) do you want these extra maps for your 1v1 matches?

If everyone is positive about these changes, we will look to update the maps, and vehicles allowed for these ladder matches.

I also miss the good old Gulf of Oman map, it is a part of the Back to Karkand maps.

Okay, since not everyone has the expansions, we'll be adding a new rule to this ladder for those people.

"If one of the teams does not have the DLC map if chosen, both teams will have to agree on a standard map to be played. This needs to be completed in match comms at least 24hrs before the match time."

This will be added to the official rules this week as well as the new maps from the AK expansion.

Thanks for the Armor Kill maps, it's going to be fun.

What about the Gulf of Oman? That map has IFV and MBT and gives the IFV drivers another map to play on if they don't use tanks. It also is good for tanks.

I think td's should be removed from ladder there armour is way to glitched.

The maps are good BUT: Tank destroyers are glitched to shit when it comes to reactive armour. Zientmazza would probably agree as we both had WTF moments in our recent game.

You shoot 1 piece, 2 explode. You shoot the left panel, the right panel falls off leaving the left one to take an extra hit etc.

I'd suggest leaving them until they get fixed (If they ever do)

TDs weren't added. Just maps. If you agree to play with them in comms, that's fine, but they aren't listed and usable vehicles.

Exactly what I was going to say. Just do not use TDs but again I think the reactive armor is glitched on MBTs too.

The reactive armor glitch to me is easy to get over, just turn your tank to the side with reactive armor.

The ladder is stuck because some players cannot challenge other players for some reason. This problem might be causing some players to not be able to reply and accept their challenges.

Stonewall I thought your clan was going to add more players to the ladder.

If players are not replying on their own, one way to keep the ladder going is add more players to the ladder and the teams not replying will be taken off the ladder on the next clean up.

my guys told me they applied, not sure where they are at in getting a response. I will check.

They need to register and make a team of their own. They also need their BF3 GUID and UAC ID added to their TWL user profile.
