BF 3 4v4 Rush. Time??

Ok, so i am having a hard time trying to get some matches going. My team is made up of people that can really only play one night a week (stupid work). So how does one team go to challenge another team when we only can do one night per week? the current layout of the ladder is set so when i challenge, the defending team picks two dates and times. the odds our not in our favor.

Any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks guys

Hard choices ahead I'm afraid. TWL is not able to change their standard challenge accept system. Its been like this since the 90's.

Your best bet is to find another team thats struggling with numbers and merge with them. Sucks I know but honestly its that or back to recruiting.

When you make the challenge immediately post in match comms "Our best day to play is ____________" Then the other team knows which date to pick. At least that can help right from the start.

^^^ Any team that does that shouldn't even be a part of the ladder.

There is no incentive to be in this ladder other than playing competitive bf3 for the fun of it.

You can challenge Killer v2 and will pick the date you guys can play and won't dick you on it, as long as it's not during default time for a league match.

I would message the captains of the team you want to challenge on battlelog and basically "pre" set up the match before you officially challenge them on the ladder. If they then pick another date then put them on blast about it and let others know so that they won't be able to get matches in the future.

Also you should probably pick up more players. It has been my experience that you really need 8 players to be able to make every match, unless you fill your team with jobless kids who fail at life and can play every day for 10 hours.

And lets be honest. Having kids with no jobs on your team is bad.

Thanks guys for your help. i will be trying to pick up some more players and email the captains on battlelog. i will post to let you know how it goes.

Search for the platoon " Renaissance of Bf3 "

It has captains from a bunch of active teams on it that you can use to set up scrims/matches.
