MAV BANNED FROM LADDERS

All,
Effective 1/19, MAV usage is not allowed for ALL ladders.

All teams can begin using the new rule set today if they wish but it is not mandatory and you can not submit a dispute. This is to give time for folks to check the forums.

The MAV Ban for leagues will go into effect for next week. Teams have already prepared for matches for this week.

You sure you don't want to implement it immediately? That's standard practice ain't it? Make a random post somewhere and hold people accountable to last minute unofficial rule changes?
