BF3 Unranked Server Settings Broken

Even though I have 3d spotting off and killcam off, they are on in the server. I have a feeling alot of the stuff in the cfg are not on or off as properly set. Anyone know the deal?

take the "" off of false

it should just read
vars.ranked false

its probasbly defaulting to true because it cant read that

No, its unranked with the quotes.

We (20ID) have actually been having the same problem on our server with Killcam, but it's not universal. What server company do you use?

Regardless if it looks like it is working or not, I would be consistent in your use of quotes. Typically only strings are in quotes. Booleans, integers and floats are unquoted.

Hopefully there's a fix for this before the matches start...

I have a similar issue with our server (Multiplay).

I can set it to unranked, but in the admin panel on their website it still shows as ranked and won't allow me to put a password on.

Can't wait for DICE to get their shit together.

Im not having the problem of setting it to unranked or putting a password on. Im having a problem with my other commands I use to work like I explained in the original post.

We have been having the exact same issue with kill cam. Keeps randomly turning on.

We also had the same issue but with Gameservers, it eventually fixed it's self.
