The Tactical Flashlight (On Primary Gun), Shotgun FRAG rounds, and IRNV Scope are disallowed and will result in a forfeit loss of the round in which it was used.
Deploying mortars in the uncappable ares is disallowed and will result in a forfeit loss of the round in which it occured.
Deliberately firing RPG's, 40mm's, Mortars, AT-4;s at the M-COMM with the intent of destroying it is illegal.

can we get a clarification on "Deploying mortars in the uncappable ares is disallowed"

As it reads, it has the meaning of setting up a motar anywhere not in a flag radious to cap a flag. I am sure you are meaning it as not going out of bounds and setting it up or setting it up in your clean spawn area where they cant get to you because of OOB boundry.

Just might want toclear it up so you have no confusion.
Uncap is an area where the other team cannot walk. AKA in your base zone/out of bounds for enemy team.

Edit:

Fly, you are correct. We will try to improve the wording of the rule.

I have to agree with .Fly. here, the rule currently reads that deploying a mortar in any non-cappable area is considered breaking the rule. I would suggest changing the wording to something like deploying mortars in uncappable bases or something along those lines just to minimize the chance for the rule to be interpreted as any area not cappable(any non-flag area) as this would also make it so no mortars in rush and there is no cappable area in rush.
sokar, you have to lay it out as clearly as possible. if not, you leave a grey area that some asshat team will start crying about and making a stink over.

a suggestion chowder:

Deploying mortars in any area of the map marked as out of bounds, including your home spawn area that is considered out of bounds to the opposing team, is disallowed and will result in a forfeit loss of the round in which it occured.
