Please go through and double check you followed the directions in Method 3 of the sticky. It worked for myself and a few other people I've talked to, so if it isn't working for some, I need to figure out why.
Do make sure that you have windows set to show the extensions for known file types. If you used notepad to make the document, I think it will add the .txt on the end of the filename without you ever noticing.

Seems to be the trend to give the players/admins less and less tools to work with in the name of greater security from hacks. We'll see how far that gets us...
