Clan tag in name or not

Just curious about what you guys think about this. A few issues I see.

1. A lot of our names are taken so the only way to get our name would be to change it or add our clan tag in game.

2. With the current setup it can be hard to tell who is someone front the past because their name might be completely different.

3. If we all did put our clan tags in our name it would suck when folks changed clans and had to create a new soldier.

4. THEY SHOULD MAKE IT LIKE BF2 WITH NAMES.

I miss SnArF and Tim|Allen

There is a place to put in a tag in battleblog. Does that not show anywhere in game? Haven't messed with it, so I'm not sure.

[clan tag]
[players name]

hopefully ea has a login and then a screen to create username, just like all the other bf games. I read that this is retail but who the hell knows.

Currently it doesn't show in game, only on Battlelog. It does show on your dog tags I think.

I only got an answer for Q1... come up with better names. mine works everywhere

But it would be nice to be able to edit your names :-)
