good we were in the 4vs4 ladder rank 2
and today is number 12 after alleged mind missing one game with clan

my question is like a clan at Number 12 challenges us that we were being rank 2

and the other as they got the report that we lost
being that I did the captains reported a loss

If i guessing right, you were 2nd and since you missed or forfeited a match, you drop 10 ranks.

You guys probably forgot to accept the challenge from XSS, I believe you have like two days to accept it. So the admin gave them a forfeit win.

When a challenge is made, you must accept it within 48 hours. Failing to do so results in a forfeit and loss of 10 positions.

E-mail the ladder admin and we can remove your loss/forfeit, but we can not move you back up the ladder.

I miss our last game was the 27th of January at 9pm
and since the January 30 lost by admin

and as a 12 clan challenges one that is 2

you would have been available to be challenged the night you won (an hour after it was submitted), making it 1/27 still... if the match was not accepted by the same time 1/29 it will be given a loss for you by not accepting the match and a drop of rungs penalty... so therefore, 1/30 was certainly 48+ hours after... it is to keep things moving along in a timely manner...

and as a clan that is in the 12 challenges as one who is in post 2?

Ladder Movement.
You can challenge anyone above you 10 slots or 50% of the remaining ladder from your current rank - whichever is higher. (Ex: Rung 100 can challenge rung 50. Rung 48 can challenge to rung 24. Rung 15 can challenge to rung 5).

It does meet the rule
12-10 = 2
So the highest team they could challenge is the number two team.

if so
because we still currently in place only 12 we can challenge the site 7 and not 2 which is open

isn't there a cool off period before u can challenge the same team again?

The system has registered that you all recently lost to them and won't let you re-challenge them.

Like I said, e-mail us and we will work with you all since you are obviously active and just misunderstood the rules.

I believe most of us have no idea what your are staying, maybe its just me.
