sorry for all the complaining

it is just so fustrating when i am the only one with the problem and everything i try don't work were can i go to clean my internet cache and what are some good download managers please im just trying to get this thing resolved

If you're using IE

click tools>internet options

Then in the general tab, click delete files, delete cookies, and clear history

That will wipeout mostly all your problems with browsing and logging into sites.
