CDS Dont do nothing. And pls try to answer.

One of my members have this troube. And please dont point it whit a tread where they dont talk about this probs like the last time he post he's troube. And after close the tread. Try to give a bit support on this shiity thing " CDS ". THANKS.

I tried 1.3 and 1.4 and both doesnt work. I have win98 SE.
I start the prog and he cant find my user.ini so i repeaired it by saving it in ANSI but as soon as i start AA he rerwrite it back in unicode so i have to start the same thing again.

Plus, when i try to connect, he just says disconnected and nothing happens... i tried all 3 servers in all possible way of clicking this or that first and NOTHING works.

Now, im really despaired so if u have any bright idea to fix this, go ahead...

in CDCerror.log,it says ''Error -2147220444 (Could not encrypt data) in procedure SendToServer of Form frmComs'

And another match lost in cause of CDC.

Others guy have troube. He start CDC, load game, then game crash. He's never abble to restart he's CDS.

Desesperatly need PB comes, a Real Prog.

As far as I know, we're still going to use CDC when PB comes out.

I have troube to run all the progs made by Kustom. Only HAOM runs. Normal, he only have to start a server, thats easy to do. The log reader always make error, CDC same think, always make error. It's not serious

CDC 1.4 just hangs for me. At times it seems like it's running on the background but it doesn't start the game for me. What do I do? Windows XP. I tried changeing inewsID=36 to 20 and save as instructed on a thread....HELP I have match this weekend.

From what a couple of teammates have said with similar problems: uninstall, delete the CDC folder, reinstall, make a new shortcut, then give it another try. While it's nothing big, it made it work for them, so it's worth a try.

I have had the CDC hang on me before too.But it was always a user error... When this happens and CDC wont start up, try lookign in you task manager you will see it still tryign to run in the background ( caused by operator error ). End the task then try restarting CDC always works for me....

CDC is awful.

I can't get it to run properly about 90% of the time.

Then, in the 10% when it will run, it can't connect me through.

CDC is too buggy and full of errors for it to be a reuirement for TWL matches. Sure, it stops cheaters, but there are probably new people making cheats that CDC can't get, so it can't help much.

And with PB, CDC would be unneeded.

I have used every CDS hydra has put out with very little to any problems, most problems are user errors, maybe the reason it cant find your user.ini is because you might be telling it to look in the wrong place, do you have your harddrive partitioned or do you have more then one harddrive and is AA installed in a diffrent drive then C:, if so you need to tell it where to look.

I gotta say that I use it almost ALL the time. There are no bugs that I have found and I have used it on 2 computers. One with window ME P3 512mg ram ati 7200 video card. No problems. New comp, Windws XP, P4 2.8C 1024 mg ram, ATI 9700 pro. The program runs great. No crashes and I can even alt-tab out of game with out it kicking me. I think that you may have other problems besides the CDC program.
