I am having a problem with the removal of old CDC's, I cannot install the new 1.4 because it says that I cannot delete the AACDC file but when i go into remove programs it will not let me remove 1.0, 1.0.1, and 1.1 . I cannot get the CDC up and running and this is frustrating im wondering if its my dumbass or what.
I don't have those versions anymore so lemme see what I can do.

Alright thanks cause I cannot play with the anticheat and my clan wants us on our server with the anti cheats up all the time which is cool.
I still cannot get my CDC to work can I get a suggestion cause I'm all out of ideas.
sorry but what registry
I am sorry if i sound stupid but what is the windows registry?
What you could try is this.

Go to your Start menu and push Run.
Type in regedit in the Run box and hit enter.
Now go to the Edit menu from the program that will start and choose Find.
Enter in AACDC.exe as the string to find.
Delete any occurance that it finds.

But the safer way is if you can navigate through the list on the left, find this section.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ST6UNST #1

There may be a couple entries under that branch named ST6UNST #1, ST6UNST #2, ST6UNST #3 etc...

Find the one(s) that contain AACDC.exe and delete the whole branch. Eg. highlight ST6UNST #5 in the left pane and hit your Delete key.

That should get rid of those entries from your Add/Remove list.
(may require a reboot first)

If you just delete the old folders, it won't remove it from the registry.
