Cannot open 1.2

I have Installed v 1.2 when i try to open the program my hourglass comes up and disappers right away without the application. If i open task manager it shows that the program is running. I log in the error log and have this:

6/4/2003 6:44:16 PM : Error 429 (ActiveX component can't create object) in procedure Main of Module StartUp


Any help will be appreciated.

Have you installed it using the Full setup package?

Yes , I downloaded and installed FullAACDC_v1-2.zip.

Check your Windows System folder for me for a file named scrrun.dll, and what version it is.(Right-click and choose properties)

My version is 5.6.0.6626

it is located in CWINNT\SYSTEM32

there is two others

CWINNT\Servicepacks\i386 v 5.1.0.5010
CWINNT\SYSTEM32\DLLCACHE same version as SYSTEM32 folder

What about a file named CSWSK32.OCX in your Win\Sys folder?

yes i have it in system folder, version is 3.60.0.3640
