What about router setup? where we can test everything is working correctly?
I have used it with a router with no problems. There is an option to verify, but not join.

If your able to join a server, then you are abe to use CDS.
i have myself a router and 5 computers connected on it 2 of them run aao and ive tested CDC with both of them and there is no problem
I have a linksys router and didnt' have to open any ports for it at all. Works great.
Something just irks me about the program right off. Why does the user agreement insist that I cannot agree until a certain span of time has lapsed.. I read the friggin conditions 2 times and it still says there is no way I could have read it so fast. Just irritating.

He's just making sure that you have read the terms and agree to them. Its for his protection. Most people do not bother to read the agreements. He does it to make sure you do. Its not done to annoy you, its done to make sure you understand what the program is going to do so there is no fuzzy areas down the road when someone says "well, I didn't know it was going to do that."

I know what you mean, I hate those things too.
I put it there because I don't want someone down the line trying to say, "Well I didn't know this that or another".

It's there to tell you right from the door what it's going to do.

It is on a 30 second timer that starts when the form loads.
The timer gets reset if you open the Privacy statement or if you click I Agree before the time has elapsed.

You will only see it once. It doesn't pop-up everytime you run the software.

If it makes you feel better, I'll just disable the I Agree button until the 30 seconds is up so that a person can't hit the button.

Either way, it stays.
You da man. Thanx again for your great work Hydra.

We had a teammate repeatedly waiting less than 30 sec then click I agree reseting it. He kept doing it for about 5 min. I was at the other end of the spectrum. I never noticed the time restriction because I carefully read everything. Most of the team was somewhere in between.

A countdown or a progress bar might be of use to people with shourt attention spans.
