CDC problems

Okay, so I have installed CDC.zip on my computer, but when I try and open it it says "This file does not have a program associated with it for perforing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel." If anybody could help me out that would be great

Sounds like he does not have a Zip program on his computer.

Yeah I suppose if you read it that way he could mean that also
