CDC error

I have vista 64- bit. I run it as an administrator and i also have the patch on as well. when i try to click verify my system to run AA match it then says that i need administrator privliages to run this program.

yes i already looked at that thread it sill does not work. I opens fine the problem happens when try to run it. don't know what else to do tried uninstalling reinstalling and everything but cant think of anything else.

any help would be appreciated
