CDC won't load please help

Hey my CDC wont startup i get an error saying "Couldn't retrieve keys from master or back up server using Direct or Proxy. Are you connected to the internet?" Please help me with a solution because i am obviously connected to the internet

Sounds to me like the CDC server was down. I cannot verify that, but that is almost always the problem when that error happens. Try it again.

If you got that message the CDC Key server was down at time time you tried connecting.

The CD Servers are independant of the AA servers. It is possible for a CD server to be down while an AA sevrer isn't. Just like it's possible for an AA server to be down while a CD server isn't.

One has nothing to do with the other.

make sure your internet language is set to english
