''The remote server isn't responding''

Hi.
When i try to enter some server with CDC that's the message i get after 10 seconds and that's it, nothing happens after.

please help me

Could be an update or the server is down for some reason. At this time, CDC is showing the Backup server as NOT Availible so the Primary could have been down at the time.

i updated the CDC software, and all my team could get in to CDC, except me.

make sure your IE is set to be in English

I will check that the IP address provided is correct and the server is up and running, have you tried with diferent servers?

I'll check on that for different server but the thing is all my team can enter except me and my friend.

I'ts not always shows that message i wrote above, most of the time it's just stops. i see my computer is working but nothing heppens, like somthing blocks it, and i checked if firewall is the problem.

nothing happens, for any server.

Maybe OS? Are you using xp or vista? 32 or 64 bits?
