An admin does not need your permission to lock a thread. I suggest you relax and enjoy playing the game. The issue with 64 bit has been well documented for a long time, Your choices are simple.

1. Follow the threads posted to get 64 bit to work
2. Install 32 bit Windows again.
3. Don't play AA at TWL
