This worked for a clanmate with Vista & CDC admin problems and I haven't seen it posted as a solution yet so here goes:
Note:You have to start it this way every time & from what I can tell you need to have cdc on the same drive as vista.
Click on Start
Type cmd (DO NOT HIT ENTER!)
Press CTRL+SHIFT+Enter
Youll be prompted to approve the action, and will then see a window that looks like this (notice it says administrator at the top):
Type CD ..
Hit enter
Type CD ..
Hit enter (Yes, do it twice)
Type CD Program Files\Kustom Appz Software\TWL AA Cheat Deterrent Client
(you may need to change the above if the path to your cdc is different)
Hit enter
Type aacdc.exe
Hit enter.
CDC should start at this point, update if you need to.
