CDC Suspension

One of our players has been suspended for using utorrent.exe and server.exe (a Teamspeak file). He was requested to email these files twice, and emailed them twice. Subsequently, you apparently did not receive them, and he got banned. I also emailed, but received no reply.

As of now, we are unable to field a team in 4v4. Can we find a way to rectify this please?

He will need to email AA_Anti-Cheat@teamwarfare.com they may not read your post in this section. You may play with 3 players:

The minimum number of players required to begin and play a match on this ladder is 3

But be warned depending on his ban length you may need to recruit another member for your roster as you will have fallen below the required 4 availiable players on your roster and could be removed from the ladder.

That is the email address that we both emailed. Neither of us received a reply back.

often .exe files in email are dropped by email/spamfilters and virusscanners, put the files in an archive as a .zip, .7z or .rar ?

Will get the player to try that. However, when I emailed them, I did not have any files attached, and did not get a reply.

Noone from the AC Team has received a single email from either of you.

If I do not we will try alternate ways of getting these files to the AC Team.
