Problem with CDC.. Installing and opening

this is exactly what I did...
listen!
1. Download FullCDC
2. with Winzip I Installed it and also put a thing on my desktop
3. then I double-clicked on it came up Select whether you want to repair or remove the program... so I click repair
4.then I repaired it and right click on it and at the very top where it normally says "open" it said Install again...
so I click on Install and the same message came up so I repaired it again
I have installed it everywhere in my folders desktop etc.
and everytime I click on it it says Install then when you do that it says select whether..blah blah blah

So do I have to Zip anything ummm... I mean I don't know wuts wrong I install it and it doesn't let me open it... this thing worked once and then all of a sudden "open" wasn't there no more it was Install

so I re-downloaded the program and just told you what I did

Does this make sense?

your repairing an old version with a new 1 it causeing problems so uninstall and reinstall when you open the zip it asks repair or remove "REMOVE THE OLD VERSION" install the new version

r u saying I have 1.5...
I have 1.6
and I did remove it the first time and then now I re-installed it and its still happening

*EDIT* fixed.. I kept deleting a vertain folder/file you needed to open it
