This is exactly what I'm talking about. When anyone confronts you about anything, you always default to challenging them to a video game. I regret to inform you and your pea-sized brain that performance in a video game has absolutely no relevance to this conversation whatsoever. I know that's hard to understand for someone with an IQ as low as yours, but I'm sure it'll dawn on you eventually.

No, actually I didn't deviate from the conversation. You made claims that Legions was going to fail based on absolutely no logical reasoning, and I called you out by saying you apparently don't know anything about InstantAction or how it works, otherwise you'd realize it's a rather good idea. After that, you made some remark about playing T1 longer than me, which has nothing at all to do with the conversation. Maybe you think it gives you credibility and a basis to make these stupid claims, but it doesn't. I called you out on that and added an insult to it because your constant meaningless references to your alleged skill in T1 are getting really tiresome. As far as your challenge, we both know the only thing you can do in Tribes or Tribes 2 is get in a a shield pack and hold the chaingun on somebody. Sure it gets you kills, but you really are a scrub if you think it makes you good. Playing against someone like you would be a boring waste of time.

I know this is a hard concept to understand, but just because this is a video game forum doesn't mean that every discussion on it can be solved by playing the video game. Since I probably lost both of you a while ago, let me summarize my point. InstantAction is a good idea and Legions will work out just fine. Just because it's new to you doesn't make it a bad idea. The fact that you played T1 for a while doesn't give you any credibility to say otherwise. That fact that I am smarter than you and have a better understanding of game popularity that you does give me credibility.

Do you understand yet? If not, I'd be happy to keep making fun of you. Ridiculing idiots on the forum is often much more fun than playing the game itself.

he is a REALLY REALLY REALLY important T1 player...or at least thats what he keeps claiming. Hes really just another average arena player from what ive seen.

Some idiot who was apparently average at T1 and thinks that makes him a king of T2. Every other phrase out of his mouth is something like "im the best" or some other condescending bullshit, when he's really no where near a position to have that kind of attitude. He basically thinks he's the shit, and it was starting to annoy me. It's funny he's totally changed his tone now that I've called him out on being an annoying douche bag.

As far as the debate goes, I'll assume the game I "know nothing about" is InstantAction, because if you're referring to Tribes, I will utterly destroy every attempt you make to formulate any opinion about anything on the subject. That said, you're the one who needs to back up your claim that it will fail with something other than "I played T1 longer than you". If you were any other person, that's what I'd have said to you from the beginning rather than lacing it with insults - then again, no other person would have said something so stupid in attempt to back up his claim in the first place.

It's a video game like any other, except you don't have to go to the store and buy a box, or order a box online, and waste time with a CD/DVD and installation. You pay the money online and then it's installed and played via your browser. The entire concept of InstantAction is a web-based gaming interface that uses your graphics card like any normal game would, so the graphics will be just as good as any other modern game. On top of that, at any moment you can play other free games on the website with the same people who play Legions. It's an amazing idea that a few developers have been trying to work on, and Garage Games beat them to the punch. As long as the developers ignore T1 idiots like you who are afraid of change, the game will draw in plenty of new players as well as worthwhile Tribes people. All for the better, in my opinion, if douche bags like you don't come along.

It also won't change whether I stoop to your level and let you kill me in a few duels out of sheer lack of concern, or not. I've seen more than enough of your attitude and your play style to fully judge you as a player, and I gotta tell you: things aren't looking good.
