The Ever Pointless BASE Map thread.

Well, here it comes again another request to diversive the maps available to the teams plays T2 Base.
I want something new, even if it is just the TWL Map Pack.
Hey, Admin's can we organize a commitee composed of different teams and ratify a new map list for BASE 7-man?
(Yeah, Yeah, I am going to send them a PM too. Just thought I'd start something a bit different.)

yea but some how zarious took it upon himself to eliminate drifts from the list w/ out any sort of vote that is bullshit.

Probably becasue almost every one wanted it gone. FS played yet another OT on that map just the other day.

ppl did ask for it to go. I still think we should do an official TWL vote for this. Just to keep it all clear. Include all the maps that want to be added and want to be taken away.

haha. It wasn't until this thread that somebody actually wanted to keep it around, and only 2 or 3 people at that.

every match that has drifts in it....both teams complain and bitch about it. That seems to be a profound vote by the community in general.

just dump all the maps..clean the t2 clock ok.Get a whole new new brand spankin new map line up to where people actually have to find out crap about a map again,whats the fav map again,wheres those new routes,all that stuff.t2 is in its 3rd year(not final) and i think it needs a bigger change than a few maps taken out,and replaced with a few old already played maps but never been in the lineup.

just play the euro drifts..the flag is outside where the turret was i think.


Or play the drifts terrain map ( i forget name) that has the riverdance bases on it and 2 base turrets and the flag is outside where it is on riverdance and the gens are inside.Keep drifts ..why not just do some editing to it.

hey, that's a good idea, about the editing.

I've always thought that if even one or two of those interior walls in the flagroom of drifts were removed, the map might be playable. Ive never played euro drifts or the riverdance base version, those sound neat.

And the idea of starting on a clean slate and tossing in all new maps actually sounds really good....bring back ome of the newness and freshness to the game...I woulda voted for that. Alas it's a moot point now, I imagine.

I asked everyone to come up with some creative but playable maps to add, but the most creative answer I got was certain maps from the BEML.
