Ready for finals?

Congratulations to HP and ASF for the wins last night. Those were some great games. Everyone put an A game in, and especially in the case of HP over BWG, the score doesn't come close to describing the match! SI and BWG both put up some great strategies and some awesome saves. I feel we have a great game this Thursday between HP and ASF. Good luck to both teams. I look forward to the match!

ya was great match with si we felt we had to turn it up a notch to beat them . we reached deep into our shrub bag o strats for this one and of all the maps we also felt ufo was best map to play them on . gg lastnite si also lastnite was funny to see 4 admins watching this one. hope it was not boring........we will work very hard this week in hopes of beating the mighty hp

OK... I just found something out that might explain this thing between hc and pc. I put the two name acronymns together and typed it into the web browser with a .org after it and I got this. It explains alot. Coincidence?... I think not.

Well I thought the races around the mountain and the pool party last night was cool.

No disrespect to ASF, but HP can only lose if they forfiet. The Allies side was loaded with the stronger teams. I appreciate being exposed to the better teams, but I do wish the finals had some mystery.
That said...CONGRATS ASF! I gotta root for the underdog here, but I aint betting anyone.

HP on assault will be brutal. I think ASF has as good a chance as anybody in our bracket did...but, heh that roster...on assault. Ouch.

yea, no joke the allied team was stacked from the start with really good shrub teams and really good osp teams, thanks hotniks for making divsions one sided

HP are a class act,I lub ASF tho and will be rooting for them.

Well, let me give ASF a lil tip for this final.
EVERYONE GO PANZER AND FIRE THE SECOND YOU HEAR ANYTHING! LOL...JK

I have never seen a team utilize all of the options in shrub like ASF does. Their use of of mines and panzer switching is very effective and could really catch HP off guard. However, as long as PC brings the A team I don't see ASF taking more then 1 round at best.

We're working on getting WTV to work with Shrub mod, right now it only works in OSP.

Can't wait to play you. I heard alot about you. I too am looking for a nice guy who likes quiet walks along the beach and nice romantic dinners in front of the fireplace, and especially hotwax backrubs at OSP bath houses.

Even though you guys might win and might win big the fact still remains that it's about how you play and how you interact with your fellow wolfers and not necessarily how many people you kill.

At the end of the season ASF will still be the 5 year old clan it's always been with the same guys who have been together for years and you will be the new hot clan of the month and probably break up next season or the one after.

Whatever... hope you guys have fun and can't wait to play ya. Hopefully we come out ahead and you guys underestimate us and yadda yadda yadda.

Hi I have been reading all of these threads in this forum, alot of drama. I see that one of the teams got booted from the finals for a player having the md5tool and it looks like he was perma banned for it. Just to keep it fair there are active players in your league that are on pb master ban list for the same thing.

Thanks for doing the legwork on this, but it's been looked into already.
Maximus was cleared by PsB already. I have spoken with them and his ban has been removed, but that removal is slow in showing up.

XoRaveNoX is not banned because there is not an IP match to the PsB entry.

I could really care less how this goes but .....
There are no entries for the guy who was banned from TWL in the PsB, yet he was perma-banned for the exact same thing that Maximus is being "cleared" for. As far as the ASF joker who is not being cleared, does his I.P. matter? Its the same GUID and he is actively playing right now in TWL matches.
Just want some clarity about this. I have read several threads having to do with this issue and so far the only instance of "zero tolerance" where this is concerned has revolved around just this one dude who may or may not have (judging by the response he wasn't) but nothing has been uni-lateral or un-biased from any TWL admin yet.
