As of today I have officialy resigned as RTCW shrub admin. Please forward any issues with both the ladder and league to the other admins, Vix, Vio, SRDG, Seadawg, etc.

I find it funny that you consider Vixen biased in her posts which put negative light on your clan when you yourself are being hypocritical by being just as biased toward your own clan.

Its a thankless task,I speak of Hotniks on how I found him,He was always kewl/fair from my perspective and for that im sorry to see him go.
Im not keen on TWL stance,Ive made comments stating as such in the past,The thing is,The rules are the rules and yea,I whilst I disagree with them,I make my point and move on,Continually throwing crap at the very people there to serve us gets the remaining community nowhere,The way were going at present we will have no TWL RTCW admins left in a year and as such nothing more to bitch about.

Sad to see you resign Hot, as a member of TWL I ask you to reconsider when the dust settles. I've appreciated your hard work and dedication to getting this league off the ground and much of this season's success can be attributed to your hard work.
Take a step away from the situation and reconsider your decision, realize how much of a good impact you've had in such a short time and what good can come from future time spent working with the league.
I agree with Pissclams. Come back please and make the shrub league even better next season. You have always done things fairly and handled yourself very professionally even in the tightest of circumstances. Please reconsider. Come back.

You HAVE done an outstanding job for this community. Even when I felt that I needed to disagree with you, I never lost respect for you. That, alone, speaks volumes for the job that you've done with so varied and opinionated an audience.

good move hot. you were in a no win situation. you got props and thanks from the players, but twl policy doesn't really care for the players. why perform such unrewarding work for something thats only going to shaft you? i'm surprised you lasted this long.
I assume you all realize that the majority of the players are silent in this matter, as I have been - but are also either neutral or back TWL in it. I would actually say that most of us back TWL fully, with no hint of neutrality. You guys that are going on in such a negative manner over and over are succeeding in nothing but turning the rest of us off to your case.
TWL is not going through anything right now that any other similar organization has not already gone through. It is, in fairness, the youngest of what I considered the 4 main wolf communities (including OGL/STA/CAL). I haven't kept up with anything in OGL or STA in about 2 years, but I know STA had issues back in the day. CAL has always gone through stuff like this - whether it's related to hacking, roster locks, schedule problems, etc... it happens.
You cannot please all of the people all of the time. You create guidelines that you hope will cover all of the situations you will encounter, but nobody can account for everything they will run into, so things like this happen. Then the vocal minority blows it up, and that's all this is. If you're that upset about how this is being handled, rather than continue to bang your drum here, go spend the time and effort these guys have in creating your own alternative community. You can have Hotniks run it.
It's a shame Hotniks resigned (I have no idea why). You can never please everyone, but it sure seemed like Hot was a guy who did his best to do so. Losing a class act like him will not be easy to recover from. That just plain old sooks.
