How much do we go up/down when we win/lose?

Just curious, I was in a TWL ladder for MOH:AA, but never paid attention to how teams moved up and down.
Please give me an example of teams and their rungs and what would happen if they won/lost.

I think this needs to be answered.

Take two teams...

Team A and Team B

Team A is ranked 2nd and Team B is ranked 6th

Team A defend from Team B and loses....results would be

Team A is now 3rd and Team B moves up to 2nd......

Now lets say that Team C was ranked 3rd before all this happned.....after the match they would now be ranked 4th......

I see, so you move up real fast...but move down slowly
