Why TWL allows the teams which are outside of North America ?

As long as you have a server in North America you are allowed to compete , as far as I am aware.

You are indeed correct. EU teams are also allowed provided the server is located in NA.

Brazilian teams have been a part of the Battlefield community a long time, they are definitely allowed, however as stated in the rules this is an English speaking site so all teams are expected to be able to communicate in English in match comms.

Also the site is based in the east coast timezone and teams in other timezones will have to make the sacrifice of playing matches based in our timezone, of course working with foreign teams to find a common ground regarding timezones can always be accomplished through match comms if necessary.
