Last second changes to TDM league schedules

Hi

Posting this just in case anyone else was affected by a last minute change

I think sometime in the last 2 days our schedule was changed from playing DBD this thursday to playing the minute men this thursday.

Luckily I saw the change today by luck, but had I not been looking for info on something else our team would have missed the match.

Please contact the team captains with email or something when this happens. I did not receive any email about the change in schedule.

Sorry bout that sniper. I posted the changes and sometimes I forget there is no DC for the West conference so I oversee the scheduling.

Yes I totaly agree. These laste minute changes need to be understood by TWL and IRA hopefully. Even thought TMM isnt a TDM Clan we decided to join the league since there were some dead beats in the ladder like DBD who is no longer a team and these changes were last minute so I strongly hope IRA does not attempt to dispute our roster join dates for the TDM League since we just joined and given the fact this was last minute change, and the fact this is the summer time, having people join the same day isn't always possible. I really don't want to spend an hour or so playing this match if in the end its going to get disputed.

1. if you read the rules it states "Members must be on the roster by 11:59 PM EST the previous day of each weeks matches to be eligible for play." - i believe you adhered to that rule.

2. you lost right? - why would we dispute that?

It is the responsibilty of the opposing team to check the eligibilty of the players from the other team. Its a good idea to have a copy of the other teams roster available to review this at match time. If a team fields an ineligible player it is the responsibilty of the opponent to refuse this player and notifiy an admin. If this is discovered AFTER the match has been played then neither team has grounds for a dispute.

If you got a personal beef and or fight you want to take care of do it on your own forum or on TS.

You all have seen the rules and know what is not tolerated. If you cant handle something then take a vacation or work it out, but dont bring it here.
